Shared Ownership offers an affordable way to buy your own home. It's a part-buy, part-rent scheme in which you can buy a percentage of the property and pay a low rent on the remainder of the cost.
Our Shared Ownership scheme allows you to buy a 50% share of an apartment at Wolverton Park, the other 50% is owned by Places for People. You pay a monthly rent at 2.75% of the value of the share; making it a much cheaper alternative to taking out a full mortgage.
