10 simple steps to buying your home
Step 1
Pop in to our sales and marketing suite at Wolverton Park anytime between 10am and 5pm – no appointment necessary.
Step 2
Tell us what you want:. There are so many different designs and homes at Wolverton Park you're sure to find the property that's right for you. We'll then ask you to fill out a simple application form.
Step 3
Choose the way you want to pay. There's a variety of ways to purchase your property at Wolverton, making homeownership much more affordable. Ask a member of our sales team to talk you through your options.
Step 4
Get confirmation of your funding from an independent financial advisor. They will send you a letter confirming in principle that you can borrow the money.
Step 5
Reserve your plot with a fee of either £250 or £500, depending on your method of purchase. This reservation fee is not refundable.
Step 6
Find a solicitor or conveyancer to manage the purchase on your behalf. If you would like some help, we can recommend a few local companies with fixed fees, to make it easier to manage your costs.
Step 7
Complete your mortgage application and receive your mortgage offer.
Step 8
Sign on the dotted line. Then you can legally exchange and pay your deposit – usually 10% of the purchase price, which includes your reservation fee.
Step 9
Inspect your property. As part of our commitment to customer care you can take a good look at your new home before you move in – we'll even show you how all the appliances work.
Step 10
Move in! Once you have completed your purchase financially and legally you can pick up your keys and start your new life in your new home.
